Med spa marketing: how to fill the schedule without another discount
By Alfredo Ferras,
Most med spa marketing is a calendar of promotions. It fills the week and trains clients to wait for the next deal. This is how to build demand that holds at full price.
Why discounts stop working
A client who came for 20% off leaves for 25% off somewhere else. Promotions bring volume, and they also teach your market what your services are worth. The med spas that keep their prices are the ones clients chose for the provider.
Put the provider on camera
Aesthetic treatments are personal and slightly frightening. People want to see who will be holding the needle. A short video of your injector explaining what a treatment does, how it feels and what it will not do builds more trust than any before-and-after.
The videos that bring consultations
Record one video per treatment answering the three questions every client asks: does it hurt, how long does it last and when will I see it. Add one about who should not get the treatment. Honesty about limits is what makes the rest believable.
What Meta allows in aesthetics ads
Meta restricts before-and-after images and any claim that implies a perfect body or a guaranteed result. Ads that ignore this get rejected and can put the ad account at risk. Lead with the provider, the experience and the consultation.
What to measure every month
Track consultations booked, show rate and treatments sold, next to what you spent. A campaign that brings cheap leads who never show is more expensive than one that brings fewer people who buy.
